New York is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in New York peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Terrible I would suggest no one to go here ever. I just got unjustly permanently dismissed from the clinic . I tried telling the lady in charge of the pre authorization for a service I needed that they submitted incorrectly so it was denied and she was acting very dismissive and unethical telling me I donβt need to call my insurance infront of her that she has something else she needs to do and we start walking out and I slam the door out if fustration not knowing her arm is there and she lies to the front desk that I insulted her and then gets a doctors note against me that sheβs injured . Mind you before this to even have to get appointments scheduled I had to go in person cause no doctors would call me back at all . Then it would take them forever to send in pre authorizations . This place is terrible never go here ever

Came here for a few times and never had any experience with the dentist the only thing they ever done to me was my x-rays . No work was ever done on my teeth. At least with the only college of dentistry at nyu they were trying to fit my fillings. Maybe I should go back to them I'm not going back to you

I started going here almost a year ago. I've had cleanings, extractions, fillings, root canal, crowns, and last but not least.....dentures. They are producing the best of the best at Columbia. I was impressed with the hands on teaching from the faculty. I am at the end of my treatment plan and finally without mouth pain. If I had to do it all over again....I would definitely return....I trust them with my dental care βΊοΈ

I am incredibly grateful to this hospital and its medical team. This is not the first time they have helped my son with a complicated dental case involving root canal treatment. Every time we face a serious situation, they are the ones who are willing to step in when others cannot. Yesterday we came in with a high fever, facial swelling, and severe tooth pain. While multiple dental clinics refused to see a child in such condition, this hospital accepted us urgently and provided the care my son desperately needed. The staff was professional, compassionate, and attentive. They treated my child with care and respect, and they treated me as a worried parent with understanding and patience. In moments like this, that means everything. Thank you for being the place that truly helps in difficult cases, not just the easy ones. Your work makes a real difference for families like ours.

If itβs drill and fill, or yank and scram, probably four or five stars. I wonβt know because I never got to βyank and scream", so I give it only one star. After more than nine weeks of pain, angst, and hope, I got to βoral surgery consultationβ. After lengthy discussions between student and βothersβ a treatment plan was approved. Thirteen days later, I turned up to get my tooth extracted. After sitting more than two hours in the dentist chair, I was told that the student could not proceed with the procedure because her faculty refused to approve the treatment. So, after months of waiting, all I was left with was pain, more angst, and no hope. This is a training facility where the left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing, causing pain to the victim. I picked this place because of its association with the NY Presbyterian Hospital. What a painful mistake. It's like comparing heaven and hell.
